We are proud to present Tim Hecker who is considered one of the most talented and inventive in Canada’s new breed of electronic musicians. Whereas his contemporaries often work within the confines of recognizable genres, critics and peers alike have been quick to note that Hecker’s work has grown increasingly original and unclassifiable.

Tim Hecker is an electronic musician and sound artist based in Montreal, Canada who previously recorded under the moniker Jetone, but has become better known internationally with his ambient recordings released through the best labels you can imagine.

The Sublime Porte artists will perform their personal acts right before Tim Hecker. These artists are; Ismail Genc (Havantepe, Derivate), Tufan Demir (Beto Narme) and Okan Coban (Randoman) with his new Audio & Visual  project with Ismail Kaynarcı.

The event will take place at Amber-Platform (Karaköy, Istanbul) on the 25th may of 2010. The performances will start at 09:00 pm.
